SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE SHIPPING on merchandise products!

Because we don’t have the expensive printing equipment or technical ability to manufacture items we’ve designed, we use production partners. Our product partners assist us with shipping. By using production partners, we keep our overhead costs low, providing you with more AFFORDABLE top-quality products.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Currently, we only ship to the United States.

Because our production partners assist us with shipping, our packages are send and delivered by several carriers including: United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS and DHL. Please note: USPS is struggling with increased package volume and COVID-19 related issues so packages have been delayed. Please be patient.

Please note, all merchandise orders are made-to-order, so expect 2-4 days printing and handling time. On average, our merchandise orders are packed and shipped within 5 business days. Order will typically reach their destination in 3-8 business days after the date of shipment. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the USA can take an additional 7-12 business days.) You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We will reach out with any delays.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY - MERCHANDISE

We gladly accept returns on ALL merchandise except face masks. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us within 3 days of delivery and ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery. (Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.)

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations as all of our items are made-to-order. Our fulfillment process is automated and it isn’t possible to revise once the order is placed. Please verify information is correct. However, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us here. We will replace your item if it is damaged or defective. (Photos will be required).

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of the Postal Courier Service. If you shipment is experiencing delays, please try to contact the Postal Courier Service first. If you need further assistance, please message us and we will try to resolve the issue.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ALL souvenir orders!

Your package will ship in a brown recyclable envelope with recyclable labels. We like to balance what’s best for the environment, financially stable for us and cost-effective for you.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Souvenirs only ship to the United States.

All of our packages are sent and delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS is struggling with increased package volume and COVID-19 related issues so packages have been delayed. Please be patient.

On average, our merchandise orders are packed and shipped within 72 hours. Orders will typically reach their destination in 3-8 business days after the date of shipment. (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the USA can take an additional 7-12 business days.) You will receive an email once your order is shipped. 

Please note, souvenir orders do NOT come with tracking.

We don’t accept returns on souvenirs. Loss or damage of souvenirs in the mail is the chance the customer takes.
