If you want to change, you have to be willing to be uncomfortable!
Do you like change? Most people don’t. 😟
Change is not a bad thing. When it comes to life, we know nothing stays the same forever. And yet, change is scary to many people because it creates a fear of the unknown and that fear usually means people avoid making decisions they really need to make. Living in fear can negatively impact your life…unless you choose to embrace the fear.
We all have fear and it doesn’t really go away, we just get better at dealing with it. We get better at dealing with it by accepting the fact that fear comes with change and change means stepping outside your comfort zone over and over again. 👣
Is it easy? No not at all, but it doesn’t mean stop and give up. If you want a better life for yourself, then you have to get out of your comfort zone. You have to do things you’ve never done before; things that might scare you because they are new or different.
It’s in those moments of change and fear that you find courage and confidence. These moments are where growth happens. Every time we do something that scares us, we are rewiring our brain 🧠 and begin to grow into the version of our best self.
I encourage you to take some time this week and think about where you would like to see some change in your life. It might be in your relationships, in your job, in your daily habits, in the way you speak to yourself or something else. Now how are you going to step outside your comfort zone and embrace that change?
